Fans will be seeing more of Geum Sae Rok after joining "Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant."
In a new report, the network has announced that the 28-year-old actress will replace Jung In Sun as the MC after "The Fiery Priest" star drops from the SBS variety program.
She will join the show's mainstays Chef Baek Jong Won and Kim Sung Joo every Wednesday.
Moreover, the outlet also shared "Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant's" director Jung Woo-jin insights regarding their newest addition to the show.
The PD highlighted the actress' previous jobs before her acting debut and believed that she could be a great asset to the variety program because of her experiences.
"Before Geum Sae-rok became an actor, it was a so-called 'part-time gold medal' that involved various part-time jobs such as model houses, movie theaters, and wedding clothes sales," director Jung Woo-jin mentioned.
Following the announcement, the "Class of Lies" actress is said to make her first appearance at "Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant" on May 12.

Why Did Jung In Sun Leave "Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant?"
The news came after Jung In Sun confirmed that she's leaving the longtime running variety show.
Earlier this week, multiple outlets cited the reason behind the actress' decision.
At the time, she revealed that she wanted to focus on her acting career, which the whole cast and crew of "Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant" respected.
With this, reports also confirmed that the "Eulachacha Waikiki" actress has wrapped up filming her last episode for the variety show.
Back in April 2019, Jung In Sun joined the SBS show and debuted in their 60th episode.
In addition, she also won the SBS Entertainment awards and Excellence Award in Reality in the same year, followed by the SBS Entertainment awards in 2020 for her performance in "Alley Restaurant."
Geum Sae Rok Joins "Joseon Exorcist" and "Youth of May"
As for Geum Sae Rok, she recently appeared in the defunct SBS drama "Joseon Exorcist," which only aired for two episodes.
The actress portrayed the role of Hye Yum alongside lead stars Kam Woo Sung, Jang Dong Yoon, and Park Sung Hoon.
Amid the "Joseon Exorcist" controversy, the actress joins her co-star as they shared their apology statement on social media.
In a handwritten message, the "Marry Me Now" actress spoke about her insights and how she "lacks as an actor."
Moreover, she pointed out that she should have "carefully reviewed the project during the selection phase" and concluded her statement by saying, "I bow my head and apologize. I'm sorry."
Following the cancellation of the historical drama, she is now set to lead the cast of the upcoming melodrama "Youth of May" together with Lee Do Hyun, Go Min Si, and Lee Sang Yi.
Scheduled to air this May 3, the 28-year-old actress will portray the role of Kim Myung Hee's best friend, Lee Soo Ryun, who comes from a wealthy family.
The retro theme drama is helmed by "Doctor Prisoner" director Song Min Yeop and written by Lee Kang.
