The clip also featured a one-on-one interview with the main stars as they spill the details regarding the new drama.

Ji Sung Compares his Character to Batman

During the candid chat, the 44-year-old actor spoke about his role as Kang Yo Han, who is the head trial judge.

Known as the "devil judge," he aims to hunt down villains by punishing them through an intense courtroom show.

Ji Sung compared the feisty head trial judge to "batman," which he described as a "hero who saves this generation."

Moreover, he also revealed that the real devil is his nemesis Jung Sun Ah, played by Kim Min Jung.

Kim Min Jung will be Ji Sung's Mortal Enemy in K-Drama "Devil Judge"

At the script reading, the actress admitted that out of all the characters she played, Jung Sun Ah's role is the most complicated and "hardest to explain."

Aside from being the number one enemy of Kang Yo Han, Kim Min Jung's role is a corporate social responsibility executive director, who uses her beauty and brains to get what she wants.

Kim Min Jung and Ji Sung's Reunion Project

"Devil Judge" will be a reunion drama for the 38-year-old beauty and Ji Sung as both previously appeared in the 2007 MBC drama "New Heart."

During the interview, the "Mr. Sunshine" actress revealed that she's excited to work with her co-star again.

Ji Sung echoed the same sentiment and mentioned, "I wanted to meet her again once more at some point, and we've reunited through this project-not as a love line, but as a devil versus another devil."

As for Park Gyu Young, she will take on the role of Yoon Soo Hyun, a police detective at the regional investigation unit.

Her mission is to find Kang Yo Han's dark secret, whatever it takes.

Seemingly, her childhood friend Kim Ga On, played by GOT7's Jinyoung, is the associate trial judge who gives everyone hope amid the dystopian world.

"Devil Judge" will also feature the budding romance between Kim Ga On and the police detective.
