Leading broadcasting networks like JTBC, tvN, SBS, and more are slated to unveil their much-awaited K-series this June 2021.

Aside from new series that will surely captivate the viewer's heart, several top-rating dramas are set to return with bigger, better, and bolder storylines.

With that being said, here are the nine highly anticipated Kdramas that are scheduled to premiere this month.

"Penthouse 3: War in Life"

Starting off the list is the most awaited SBS evening drama featuring the influential personalities at Hera Palace.

"Penthouse 3" is scheduled to debut this coming June 4 as the third season welcomes the OG cast members who will reprise their roles.

This includes Kim So Yeon, Eugene, and Lee Ji Ah, who were often called by the netizens as the "holy trinity.

Aside from the trio, joining the "Penthouse 3" cast is Uhm Ki Joon, Yoon JongHoon, Park Eun Seok, and more alongside the "Penthouse" kids.

The third season will follow the devastating death of Logan Lee and the lives of the antagonists in prison.

"Next Door Witch J"

Also premiering on June 4 is the upcoming romance drama "Next Door Witch J," starring Park Ji Yeon, Lee Tae Sun, Jang Eui Soo, and Go, Sung Min.

The short-form drama under Viki illustrates the journey of a beauty creator known as "Next Door Witch J."

Interestingly, she gets involved in a complicated love story between a cosmetic start-up company CEO and the agency director who manages beauty content creators.

"Hospital Playlist 2"

Fans need not to worry as the top rating medical drama "Hospital Playlist 2" is slated to debut on tvN this June 17 every Thursday.

The drama features Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, and Jeon Mi Do, who portrays the lives of five doctors at the Yulje Medical Center and their friendship that stood the test of time.

"Monthly Magazine Home"

Airing this June 16 every Wednesday and Thursday on JTBC, "Monthly Magazine Home" is an upcoming comedy romance drama featuring Kim Ji Suk, Jung So Min, and Jung Gun Joo. It revolves around the interaction between the real estate investment company CEO and a long-time magazine editor who has been living in her rented home for almost ten years.

"Nevertheless"

Another upcoming Korean drama that is making waves on social media is none other than Song Kang and Hna So Hee's latest series, "Nevertheless." The romance drama will be the new Saturday program that is slated to debut on Jun 19 on JTBC and Netflix. "Nevertheless" is a story of two individuals named Park Jae Uhn and Yoo Na Bi who share a different approach in life and in love.

"Voice 4"

The forthcoming drama, scheduled to air this June 18, depicts a story of employees working in an emergency call center. Following the success of the previous season, "Voice 4" is set to continue the journey of ace voice profiler Kang Kwon Joo (Lee Ha Na) and her mission to catch vicious murderers together with Detective Derek Jo (Song Seung Heon.)

"At a Distance, Spring is Green"

With an impressive lineup of cast members, including Park Ji Hoon, Kang Min Ah, and Bae In Hyuk, the soon-to-be-released coming-of-age drama revolves around a group of young people in their early twenties who are dealing with challenges as they discover their life outside the university. "At a Distance, Spring is Green" will be KBS2's new Monday and Tuesday drama airing on Jun 14.

"No One But a Madman"

The forthcoming MBC drama "No One But a Madman" tells the story of middle-aged professional workers struggling to survive in a rough and chaotic society.

Set to debut on Jun 23, it features lead stars Moon So Ri, Jung Jae Young, Lee Sang Yeob, and Kim Ga Eun.

"So Not Worth It"

Last on the list is the upcoming comedy sitcom "So Not Worth It" featuring a group of friends who shares different background and culture as they try to find their middle ground inside a dorm university in the heart of Seoul.

This is slated to premiere on Netflix this June 18
