Rain is making it big outside the entertainment industry.
In a report cited by Star Today, the singer-actor recently sold his multi-million building located at Cheongdam, Seoul.
Called "Rain Avenue," the building is situated near the affluent neighborhood in Gangnam District.
According to the South Korean outlet, the property, which has a land area of 1024.80 square meters and a total floor area of 3218.94 square meters, was reportedly sold at a whopping USD 43 million or almost 50 billion KRW.
Aside from being in a top location, the commercial building boasts six floors and three basement floors.
Interestingly, the said property, which he purchased in 2008, has reached multiple capital gains estimated at 28 million USD, minus the renovation and real estate tax.

How Much Did Rain Buy his Cheongdam Building?
To recall, Rain acquired the building for 14 million USD or KRW 16.8 billion at the time.
Surprisingly, in 2020, the commercial property grew its worth and is estimated at 42 million USD or 50 billion KRW.
The triple threat A-lister used Rain Avenue as the head office for the entertainment agency, Rain Company.
In addition, the building also has a cafe, art gallery, and even pubs.
Rain's real estate in Cheongdam is one of many of his properties.
Aside from the six-story building, he also owns a luxurious and expensive villa that is said to be worth 5.3 million USD.
Rain and Kim Tae Hee Known as South Korea's Power Couple

It appears that Rain is living a perfect life--apart from his successful career and business ventures, he is also married to Hallyu star and another the beautiful faces of Kdrama stars, Kim Tae Hee.

Following their marriage, multiple reports cited that Rain acquired a three-story mansion in Itaewon district.
In addition, the celebrity couple is an owner of a 2.1 million US (2.4 billion KRW) house in Irvine, California.
As we all know, Kim Tae Hee grew up in a wealthy family and is the daughter of a transport company chairman.
Prior to her marriage, she reportedly owns a five-story building in Gangnam.
Rain to Appear in "Endless August" and "The Ghost Doctor"
Kim Tae Hee's husband is also making a comeback on the small screen with two upcoming dramas.
Rain's soon-to-be-released project is the romance drama "Endless August," which will be released in China.
This is followed by Kdrama "The Ghost Doctor," under "The Heirs," director Boo Sung Chul and "Winter Sonata," screenwriter Kim Eun Hee.
