Singer and "Cafe Minamdang" actor Seo In Guk used the 100 million KRW grand prize he got from winning the competition "Superstar K" to build a restaurant for his mother. But it turned out that when he gave the money to his mom, she used and bought an apartment for her son.

But according to the show, Seo In Guk opened a cafe in his hometown in Ulsan for his mother.

Park Shin Hye

Almost same as with Seo In Guk, at the age of 24, "Sisyphus: The Myth" actress Park Shin Hye opened a franchise restaurant for her parents. The estimated cost of the start-up business is 169,000,000 KRW (almost 150,000 USD).

Ong Seong Wu

Former WANNA ONE member and "At Eighteen" star Ong Seong Wu bought his parents a house when he finally received his first paycheck. According to the TMI News, the average housing price in Incheon is estimated at 322 million KRW (280,000 USD).

Apart from the house, Ong Seong Wu also gifted his parents some home appliances and furniture that are worth 6 million won.

Jo In Sung

"It's Okay, That's Love" star and A-list actor Jo In Sung has always been generous to his family and friends. The Hallyu celebrity purchased a second house in Jeju Island for his family and is worth 1.5 billion KRW (1.3 million USD).
