Actress Jang Hae Min has joined the cast of the upcoming film "Service," the next film from the award-winning director Jang Cheol Soo.
"Service" is a melodramatic release that follows the journey of a man dreaming of becoming an exemplary soldier in the company of his division leader. The lead character Mu-gwang, to be portrayed by actor Yeon Woo-Jin, is conflicted between his status and the temptation of falling in love with his leader's young wife, Soo-Ri, to be played by Jian. The movie will explore where this conflict will lead everyone involved.

In the movie, Jang Hae Min takes on the role of Mu-gwang's wife. She is a woman who reveals her desire to live in the city once her husband is promoted to an executive. As the film moves toward its second half, her character experiences a drastic psychological change brought about by her husband's unexpectedly changing behavior.
Jang Hae Min, who first showed being comfortable in front of the camera and showcased her steady acting skills, recently in the 2020 tvN TV series "Hi Bye, Mama!" and the SBS TV series "The King: Eternal Monarch." Prior to those roles, she has already made appearances in various TV series such as the 2016 hit series from SBS, "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo," the JBTC drama "My Horrible Boss," and SBS' 2018 release "Where Stars Land."
Through her exemplary performances, she has built her repertoire and her skills, raising expectations on what she will bring to her new role in "Service." The film "Service," whose cast now includes Jang Hae Min, is already in post-production and is scheduled for release before 2021 ends.
