South Korean director Kim Jin Min, who is the genius behind Netflix's "My Name" starring Han So Hee, Ahn Bo Hyun,, and Park Hee Soon, is spilling all the tea about the much-awaited sequel.
In his video interview with Sports Chosun, the PD spoke about his thoughts regarding the audience's request to release season 2.

Director Kim Jin Min expressed his gratitude towards the fans who showed overwhelming support for the action thriller Kdrama.
He says that he feels "grateful" to the viewers and their positive response, adding that it is a great help to creators like them.
As for the Netflix series' most awaited sequel, the South Korean PD says it is up to the streaming giant and screenwriter Kim Ba Da.
"I think it will depend on the situation of Netflix, writers, and production companies," he said.
Moreover, he explained that if Netflix and the screenwriter have decided to release "My Name" season 2, he will go with the flow and do it.
Unfortunately, Director Kim Jin Min shared that it seems like writer Kim Ba Da is not planning to create a sequel at the moment.

'My Name' Director Laud Han Soo Hee's Acting Skills
During his interview, he also talked about the actors and their impressive portrayal of their characters.
He praised them for their hard work, especially Han So Hee, who is unlikely to take action projects.
"My Name" director gets honest and shares that the South Korean beauty "would shine in another light, hence casting the "Nevertheless" star as Yoon Ji Woo.
Furthermore, he mentioned the actress' dedication to give justice to her character by undergoing intense martial arts training, adding, "Han So Hee has been training steadily without major injuries," he said.
To recall, the rising star also shared this in her previous interview, revealing that she spent two months in action school.
Han So Hee revealed that she invested a lot of time and effort to learn the choreography without hurting herself or anyone.
In addition, the 26-year-old star says that doing action stunts is challenging for her.
"It requires a lot of time," she said, adding, "I needed to make good choreography in every scene and I was also worried about not hurting anyone, so I had to be careful all the time, so that's very challenging."
At the same time, Ahn Bo Hyun, who played his field partner Jeon Pil Do, was deeply moved and impressed by the actress' hard work and passion for the series.
Apart from the grueling training, "The World of the Married" star purposely gained 10 kg as part of her preparation in "My Name."
Han So Hee's new Kdrama is currently airing on Netflix with a total of eight episodes.
