In a past GOT7 interview, Jinyoung revealed Jackson taught him how to take care of himself. Even though they have scheduled performances, they do night workouts to stay healthy and fit.

How to Attain GOT7 Jinyoung Booty Workout

For Jinyoung, his first routine in the morning is stretching. He's used to it since he always does it during their dance practices, and it's easier for him to do it on a daily basis.

30 minutes of stretching will be followed by yoga. This helps burn fat calories, and get his muscles loosen. It is also one of the reasons he has toned muscles.

The "Dive" singer also does weight training. Anyone who wants to attain a body like Jinyoung should do 10 to 15 minutes of core workout as a first step to condition your body.

Just like any other individual who does gym workouts, part of the routine are push-ups, bench press, dumbbell hex press, chest press, chest dips, cable flyes, and cable rows.

Meanwhile, GOT7 Jinyoung is known and admired for his big booty, which is why Ahgases (GOT7's fandom) often associate him with the peach emoji.

So, if you want to achieve bums like Jinyoung, try doing hack squats, lunges, leg press, leg extension, leg curls, smith machine squats, and kettlebell drop squats.
