Han Hyo Joo returns as the tactical agent Yoon Sae Bom who will show off as a determined and skillful police officer who is focused on solving the crisis.
Opposite Park Hyung Sik who takes on the role of the clever detective of the violent crime squad, Jung Yi Hyun. He is a "born to be" detective who is a great warrior during fighting the enemies.
On the other hand, Jo Woo Jin, taking on the role of Han Tae Seok, the commander of the medical team, holds the key to cure the mysterious infectious disease. He will experience an internal dilemma between rationality and his self-pleasure.

Apart from the trio, Lee Jun Hyuk and Park Joo Hee will also participate in the drama.
