A representative of KBS shared with Newsen their stance regarding the injunction claims and revealed that there would be no changes with the "School 2021" release date.

"There is no position on legal disputes. Because there are no problems with the airing, the first broadcast schedule will not change," said the official.

With this, the forthcoming Kdrama will continue its premiere on November 24, airing every Wednesday and Thursday.

In a separate report, the producers of "School 2021" also expressed the same sentiment and clarified that the injunction case filed by production company SR Pictures was not to postpone the broadcast of the Kdrama but to stop its production.

According to the producer, Kingsland and SR Pictures initially signed a contract for "Oh My Men" and later switched to "School 2020." Unfortunately, both fell through upon production and programming.

Then came "School 2021," which was produced by Kingsland together with Raemong Raein.

With this, SR Pictures filed an injunction case against Kingsland, Raemong Raein, and KBS in August, banning the distribution and production of the drama.

However, Kingsland addressed the issue, saying that their contract was for "Oh My Men" and pointing out that "School 2021" has nothing to do with the said production company.

In addition to the legal dispute, Kingsland also pressed legal charges against the SR Pictures CEO for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes or fraud.

This is because the production company claimed that they suffered millions of money due to the damages after signing an investment contract.

However, Kingsland raised that the company was hiding the fact that the programming was unsuccessful.
