Lee Da Hee suffered a neck injury while on the set of her upcoming Kdrama "Island."
Her agency, Studio Santa Claus Entertainment, confirmed the news, noting that the actress was immediately rushed to the hospital and is currently recovering from the incident.
"Da Hee suffered a neck injury while filming an action scene in the OCN drama "Island" last week. She went to the hospital right away and is currently receiving treatment," a representative from the agency revealed.
Unfortunately, because of Lee Da Hee's injury, the 36-year-old star was unable to attend the press conference, slated on November 20, for her upcoming reality dating show "Solo Hell" under Netflix.
Lee Da Hee Replaces Seo Ye Ji in 'Island'
At the height of Seo Ye Ji's controversy, Lee Da Hee was chosen to replace the actress from the upcoming JTBC Kdrama.
To recall, the "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" dropped out from the series after facing a massive scandal involving her ex-boyfriend Kim Jung Hyun and being accused of harassment and manipulation.

Following her withdrawal from "Island," the officials chose the 36-year-old beauty to replace Seo Ye Ji.
According to the drama producers, "The Beauty Inside" actress is the perfect fit to play the character of Won Min Ho.
The upcoming fantasy horror series is based on the webtoon of the same name and is helmed by the "My Dream Class" PD Bae Jong and penned by "The Jinx's Lover" screenwriter Jang Yoon Mi.
It depicts the story of the chaebol's daughter Won Min Ha, whose family runs a conglomerate known as the Daehan Group.
Due to her selfish and extremely arrogant attitude, her father sent her to Jeju Island to reflect on her mistakes.
Working as a high school ethics teacher, Won Min Ha discovered the island's hidden secrets, including goblins, evils and other bizarre creatures.
Apart from the actress, "Island" cast members include Kim Nam Gil as Pan, Astro's Cha Eun Woo, who took on the role of a catholic priest and exorcist John and Sung Joon as Goong Tan, Pan's right hand.
The OCN Kdrama reportedly started its production in October and aims to wrap up the filming session in the first half of 2022.
Although "Island" is set to air in the upcoming year, producers revealed that the fantasy thriller series would have multiple seasons.
Lee Da Hee on Being the Second Lead in 'The Beauty Inside'
Lee Da Hee proved her variety as an actress after starring in different genres.
She made her debut in 2004, appearing in supporting roles for the series "Into the Storm," but she had her breakthrough role in 2013 for SBS "I Hear Your Voice."=
Since then, she wowed the fans and gained the public's attention, not just with her beauty but also her talent as an actress.
In her interview with GQ Korea, she talked about her role in "The Beauty Inside" and being the second lead alongside Seo Hyun Jin, Lee Min Ki and Ahn Jae Hyun.
The actress explained that it doesn't matter whether she is a second or the main lead but what matters most is how she delivered her character.
Moreover, she shared that she wanted to make her character as unique as possible.
"While taking into account the character's background, I also wanted to make it unique. Rather than just giving off a fierce feeling through dark makeup, I wanted to make a character with depth," she said.
Apart from her upcoming Kdrama, Lee Da Hee also graces various publications, including her recent with Elle Korea magazine.
