In the drama, Sung Mi Do is a bright, cheerful and trendy influencer who dons the most luxurious looks. But unbeknownst to many, behind the glitz and glamour is an immense pain.
Growing up, Mi Do experienced a lot of pain and it hasn't healed yet even as an adult. Whenever she's alone, she tries to combat loneliness. It's the main reason why she longs for love, attention and social validation.

Even when diagnosed ill and homed in the hospice, she sees to it that she knows what others emotionally feel for her before evaluating her own feelings, choices and decisions. She even shared the news of her sickness on social media, and felt really happy when others extended their sympathy.

Sung Mi Do has been ostracized for as long as she could remember. When she became an influencer, she is still the odd one out among other socialites who were originally born with a silver spoon in their mouths.
But despite her tragic social life, Mi Do finally found her own people: Pyo In Sook (Ahn Eun Jin) and Kang Se Yeon (Kang Ye Won). The two people who know what she truly feels, as both of them are also diagnosed with a terminal illness.

3. Sung Mi Do's Quirky Love Story with Rich Man's Son Gu Ji Pyo
Even with her tragic childhood, insecurities and terminal illness, nothing can stop Mi Do to open up her heart for another person as she takes on a romantic cruise with a rich man's son Gu Ji Pyo (Han Kyu Won).
Many women swoon over Gu Ji Pyo, but despite being the center of attention, he confesses his feelings for Mi Do in public, and even asks for her hand in marriage.
Their whirlwind romance is the total opposite of In Sook and Min Woo Chun's (Kim Kyung Nam) love story, but both still make the heart shake.
However, shock and surprise are the only emotions viewers could make after finding out the Gu Ji Pyo is "1," the person who ordered to murder Ha Young Geun (Baek Hyun Jin). Little did Mi Do know, this will make her fairytale love story a heaping mess.
