2022 Korea First Brand Awards: Here’s the Complete List of Winners Including Jung Ho Yeon, Chae Jong Hyeop, Ahn Eun Jin and More

The 2022 Korea First Brand Awards announced the list of winners set to lead the consumer trends this year.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute organized a survey from November 1 to 12 by 2,947,680 participants naming stars who they think will forefront the consumer trend.

The survey conducted analyses the purchasing power and influence of these celebrities from music, Kdrama, movies, and other personalities that made a huge impact in the entertainment scene.

For idols and Kpop stars, Jeon Somi scored the two awards, namely Best Female Solo Artist and Best Female Solo Artist.

On the other hand, Best Male Solo Artist goes to the 25-year-old crooner Kang Daniel.

Meanwhile, the Best Female Idol category was won by Oh My Girl while the 6-member group ONF took home the Best Male Idol award.

For Kdrama celebrities, "Hospital Playlist" stars Jo Jung Suk and Jeon Mi Do bagged the Best Actor and Actress award.

In the medical Kdrama, they portrayed best friend turned lovers Lee Ik Jun and neurosurgeon Chae Song Hwa.

Seemingly, runway model and actress Jung Ho Yeon scored Best Rookie Actress for her stellar performance in Netflix's "Squid Game."

In the nine-part episode series, the 27-year-old newcomer catapults to fame after playing North Korean defector Kang Sae Byeok.

On the other hand, her counterpart as Best Rookie Actor is none other than Chae Jong Hyeop, who gained popularity for his role as second lead Yang Do Hyuk in JTBC's webtoon-based Kdrama "Nevertheless."
