There's no denying that broadcast networks and streaming platforms never fail to amaze the viewers with impressive and entertaining projects every year.
Interestingly, this made us think who among the South Korean stars are booked and busy this 2022?
Kim Go Eun
Best known for her role as the goblin's bride in the 2016 fantasy Kdrama "Goblin," Kim Go Eun managed to solidify her status as one of the in-demand leading ladies in Hallyu.
Following the success of her webtoon-based series, the 30-year-old beauty will reprise her role as Kim Yumi in "Yumi's Cells 2."

Not only that, Kim Go Eun is set to headline the cast of "Little Women" with Nam Ji Hyun, "Squid Game" star Wi Ha Joon and Park Ji Hoo from "All of Us Are Dead."

The South Korean heartthrob made headlines after his agency confirmed his appearance in The Marvels.
Aside from his Hollywood debut, Park Seo Joon also has a long list of upcoming projects in Korea.
After three years, they will make a comeback on the big screen through "Concrete Utopia" alongside Lee Byung Hun and Park Bo Young.
In addition, he is also in talks to star in an upcoming sports-themed movie "Dream," helmed by the "Be Melodramatic" director.
Moreover, Park Seo Joon's Kdrama comeback after "Itaewon Class" will be a team-up with Han Soo Hee and Wi Ha Joon for "K Project ."
Park Ji Hoo
Interestingly, joining in the list is Park Ji Hoo, who catapults to fame after landing the lead role Nam On Jo in Netflix's "All of Us Are Dead."
As mentioned, she will join Kim Go Eun and Nam Ji Hyun in "Little Women" and portray their youngest sister, who made it to South Korea's elite art school.
Apart from it, fans would get to see Park Ji Hoo on the big screen with her movie "Concrete Utopia" with Park Seo Joon.
Son Ye Jin
From the newest rising actress to Hallyu star, Son Ye Jin return in Kdrama land with the much-awaited rom-com series "Thirty-Nine" with "Hospital Playlist" star jeon Mi Do and Kim Ji Hyun.
Adding to the list of her 2022 projects is another Kdrama, "Trees Die on Their Feet," with the star-studded cast featuring the equally talented Kang Ha Neul and Oscar winner Youn Yuh Jung.
Hwang In Yeop
After the hit series "True Beauty," Hwang In Yeop will star in the Netflix series "The Sound of Magic" with "Beyond Evils'" Choi Sung Eun and Ji Chang Wook.
Set to broadcast on Netflix, the upcoming 6-part episode series is a sentimental music drama that highlights the story of Yun Ai and a mysterious magician named Lee Eul.
His forthcoming series with the streaming giant is followed by another Kdrama, "Why Her," alongside Seo Hyun Jin and Bae In Hyuk.
Interestingly, Hwang In Yeop's new drama will reportedly air on March 11 via SBS.
