Jeon So Min Instagram Update Hints at Her Departure in 'Running Man'
Multiple Korean media outlets published reports on February 8 that Jeon So Min is leaving SBS' "Running Man" due to her Instagram story. On February 7, she posted a photo of the cake that she received from the "Running Man" team that has a message that says "Thank you for being in 'Running Man' for a long time."
This intrigues fans and causes various reactions from the show's avid viewers.
The TV personality joined SBS' "Running Man" in 2017 and since she's been in the show for almost five years, the production team seems to have expressed their gratitude to Jeon So Min by sending a cake to her.
Meanwhile, after posting the snap on her story, So Min shared photos of her with "Running Man" co-star Song Ji Hyo. They are wearing red shirts with the iconic "Running Man" name tags on it. The snaps showed that the two female stars are already back at the filming set of the famous variety program.

However, there's no confirmation yet whether Jeon So Min will permanently leave the longest running Korean variety show.
'Running Man' Star Halts Filming Schedule Due to Her Foot Fracture
Recently, Jeon So Min took a leave from the program because she underwent surgery on January 19 due to a foot fracture. The news was announced by her agency King Kong by Starship.
The actress injured her foot and complained of discomfort. The last "Running Man" shoot that she attended was on January 17. She didn't participate in the January 24 and 25 filming schedule because she's recovering from her surgery.

Jeon So Min also just finished her comeback drama "Show Window: The Queen's House" which was a success and received favorable reviews from the viewers. The actress also gained recognition for showing her acting again after a long time and played the role of an antagonist.
On the other hand, the female star might have her small screen return this 2022 with the drama "Cleaning Up," which is a Korean remake of the famous UK series of the same name that aired in 2019.
