YouTuber Exposes Han So Hee, Mother's Fraud Issue
In his YouTube channel, Lee Jin Ho revealed a complaint filed at Seoul Bangbae Police Station on February 25, noting that the accuser was scammed with such a large amount of money.
The former entertainment reporter named the "Nevertheless" star as the celebrity while the one being accused was her mother.
In a report cited by Newsis, the complainant mentioned that the celebrity mom borrowed millions of won and promised to return the payment from February 2018 to September 2019; unfortunately, she failed to pay it back, including the principal and interest.

Moreover, the complainant also mentioned that 31 million won was deposited in the actress's name per the mother's request.
A Korean media outlet noted:
"The mother, Mr. A, borrowed money from the bankbook that her daughter made when she was a minor, and also deposited and withdrew money, which has absolutely nothing to do with her celebrity."
With this, the YouTube video also claims that the celebrity mother is not the only one facing fraud issues but also the actress. It turns out Han So Hee is accused of violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act after letting her mother use her account.
With this, Lee Jin Ho also criticized the "My Name" star, noting that she "should be punished for violating" the law.
To recall, this is not the first time that the rising star was involved in the same controversy.
Han So Hee Releases Public Apology Regarding Mother's Fraud Issue
In 2020, the 27-year-old beauty made headlines after an anonymous person shared an online post, claiming that the person was scammed by "the mother of a popular actress from The World of The Married."
In a post titled "'The World of the Married' actress' mother's fraud," the netizen shared that she joined a cooperative lead by the celebrity mother from October 2015 to August 2016 and paid 2.45 million won or almost 2,035 USD monthly.
The post claimed that she was supposed to receive the money in September 2016 but never heard from the actress' parent.
Following the controversy, Han So Hee made a public apology through her blog, saying she "would like to apologize to the victims who made the posts feeling like they were standing on the edge of a cliff."
The actress also revealed that she "was not in contact" with her mother for a long time and learned about her after she turned 20.

Wrapping up her official statement, the 27-year-old star expressed a "sincere apology" to the victims and those who were hurt by this ordeal.
