In November 2021, the biggest names in Korean entertainment industry flew to the United States to attend the 10th annual LACMA Art & Film Gala. This took place in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California.
"Squid Game" stars Lee Jung Hae, Jung Ho Yeon, Park Hae Soo, Lee Byun Hun, and director Hwang Dong Hyuk were spotted at the event.
Meanwhile, Lee Min Ho arrived looking dapper in a classic black tuxedo from Korean designer Kim Seoryong. He even greeted his fans who waited for him outside the museum.
Apart from the annual ceremony, another highlight of the day was the mini-reunion of the Korean stars.
At the time, a photo became a trending topic in online communities. It features Lee Jung Jae, Kang Dong Won, Lee Min Ho, Jung Woo Sung, Park Hae Soo, Lee Jung Jae, and girlfriend Lim Se Ryoung as well as singer-songwriter Eric Nam. They were spotted dining at a Korean restaurant in Los Angeles.
Of course, netizens were stunned to see a group of A-listers gathered in one photo.
Interestingly, months after the photo went viral, Lee Min Ho shares some details regarding the star-studded reunion.

According to a Korean media outlet, the "Pachinko" star was asked who paid for his meal during his dinner with the celebrities. He candidly answered that he had no idea who paid for the dinner, adding "I was among one of the maknaes, so it wasn't me."
However, he raised his speculation that "one of the sunbaes paid" for dinner. Sunbae means senior or someone who have more experience in work.
'Pachinko' Press Conference Highlights
The press conference comes ahead of Lee Min Ho's new drama "Pachinko" alongside Oscar winner Youn Yuh Jung, Jung Eun Chae, Japanese-New Zealander actress Anna Sawai, "Devs and Love Life" star Jin Ha, and more.
The upcoming series with Apple TV+ depicts the story of a Korean immigrant family across four generations. They left South Korea and moved to Japan to survive.
The touching story starts in the early 1900s through the perspective of Sunja, portrayed by Youn Yuh Jung, Kim Min Ha, and Jeon Yu Na.
At the world premiere of "Pachinko," The Hollywood Reporter cited what Kim Min Ha thinks about portraying the young Sunja.
She shared that she was "in the zone on-set" because she "had to feel comfortable being Sunja."
As for Jin Ha, who plays Solomon Baek, he admitted playing the role and speaking multiple languages was pretty challenging, but he described the experience as" incredibly fulfilling."
"Pachinko" is scheduled to premiere on March 25, showing three episodes. Following the debut, one episode will be released each week until wrapping up the season on April 29. It will show a total of eight episodes.
