tvN introduced the moving story of Lee Jung Eun and Cha Seung Won's reunion in "Our Blues."
The upcoming K-drama depicts interesting stories of people living in Jeju Island. It features the peaceful yet thrilling lives of the residents as well as their bitter moments.
One of the stories that are set to unfold is the romance between Lee Jung Eun and Cha Seung Won's characters.
Lee Jung Eun Gets Reunited with Cha Seung Won After 30 Years
tvN released a new "Our Blues" trailer featuring Choi Han Soo, played by the 51-year-old actor, and Jung Eun Hee, portrayed by the "Parasite" star.
In the latest teaser, Jung Eun Hee, a fish shop owner on the island, unexpectedly meets his first love Choi Han Soo in the middle of a traffic jam. Good thing is that she still recognizes his stunning looks.
In one scene, she wrote down a phrase that reads "eternal first love," followed by a clip featuring Choi Han Soo returning to his hometown after 30 years.
Driving her truck, she recognized a familiar face and said, "What is this? Surely you're not... are you Han Soo?" to which he answered with a nod.
The duo rekindled their past, which brought extreme happiness to Jung Eun Hee. They looked back on how they used to spend their childhood together and would often visit the beach.
At this point, Eun Hee was clueless as to why Han Soo left his city and moved back to Jeju. However, she got a warning about her childhood crush.
She confronted him, saying "When it comes to you, where do the lies begin and end?"
Meet the Cast
Apart from Lee Jung Eun and Cha Seung Won, "Our Blues" cast includes a star-studded lineup featuring Lee Byung Hun, Shin Min Ah, Kim Woo Bin, Kim Hye Ja, Uhm Jung Hwa, Han Ji Min and more.
Lee Byung Hoon took on the role of Lee Dong Suk, born and raised in Jeju Island. He makes ends meet by selling different kinds of items on his truck, where he is also living.
He is set to meet the mysterious new girl on the island, Min Seon Ah, played by Shin Min Ah. Her painful past led her to relocate to Jeju.

On the other hand, Kim Woo Bin plays ship captain Park Jung Joon. He falls head over heels with the bubbly rookie diver Lee Young Ok, portrayed by Han Ji Min.
Directed by Kim Kyu Tae of "That Winter, The Wind Blows," "It's Okay, That's Love" and "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" with renowned screenwriter Noh Hee Kyung, "Our Blues" is scheduled to premiere on April 9 via tvN, airing every Saturday and Sunday.
The upcoming healing drama is Cha Seung Won's latest project after the hit series "One Ordinary Day" with Kim Soo Hyun.
On the other hand, fans would get to see Lee Jung Eun in another upcoming series, "Soundtrack #1," with Han So Hee and Park Hyung Sik.
