Yoo In Soo and Oh My Girl's Arin officially joined the cast of tvN's "Return."

According to a Korean media outlet, the "All of Us Are Dead" actor and the singer-actress are confirmed to star alongside Lee Jae Wook, Oh Na Ra, Jung So Min, NU'EST's Minhyun, and more in the upcoming fantasy romance K-drama.

Yoo In Soo Transforms Into Conglomerate's Successor

The forthcoming series "Return" is helmed by "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim" director Park Joon Hwa. It is written by the duo Hong Sisters, who are the people behind the hit series "Girlfriend is a Gumiho," "My Girl," "You're Beautiful," "The Greatest Love," "Master's Sun," and "Hotel Del Luna,"

"Return" follows the story of people living in the fictional country Daehoo. Their fate got intertwined after humans' accidentally switched souls with the dead.

Yoo In Soo took on the role of Park Dang Gu, a successor of the largest company in the Great Patriotic Country known as "Song Rim." Despite being the heir of a conglomerate, he is more interested in having fun than taking responsibility for their business.

His role in the upcoming tvN series is far more different from "All of Us Are Dead," where he gained his massive stardom.

The 23-year-old actor took on the role of the antagonist Yoon Gwi Nam, Hyosan High School's bully. Viewers were impressed by his stellar performance playing the villain role.

With his upcoming K-drama, fans would see different sides of Yoo In Soo as an actor.

Oh My Girl's Arin Plays Jin Cho Yeon

While Yoo In Soo becomes the conglomerate's heir, Oh My Girl's Arin portrays Jin Cho Yeon. She comes from a family known in the entertainment industry.

Viewers will be drawn to her childlike innocence and charm as she plays the character.

Interestingly, "Return" will be Arin's comeback to the small screen after starring in the webtoon-based series "The World of My 17" with "School 2021" star Hwang Bo Reum Byeol, Fanatics' Doah and more.

The outlet also shared the production team's thoughts regarding Yoon In Soo and Arin as part of the "Return" cast.

They called the duo "global rising stars" due to their previous projects. The team also cited that they have "completed" a more solid lineup for the upcoming drama, adding:

"Please look forward to their acting skills and attractive potential with added depth that the two will show as Park Dang Gu and Jin Cho Yeon, respectively."

Meet the Lead Stars of tvN's 'Return'

As mentioned by MK, Lee Jae Wook, Oh Na Ra, and more stars have confirmed to join the cast of "Return."

Lee Jae Wook is set to play young master Jang Wook, a member of the affluent family in Daehoo nation. Oh Na Ra will portray the family's housekeeper Kim Do Joo, who also holds a significant influence in the household.

The actress and Yoo Joon Sang took on the role of Song Rim's company head Park Jin. She will show hilarious chemistry featuring a cat and dog relationship, especially on raising Jang Wook.

Following the cast lineup announcement, "Return" is scheduled to premiere in 2022.
