The 24-year-old actor joins a slew of stars who recently tested positive for the virus.
Yeo Jin Goo in Self-Isolation + 'Link: Eat, Love, Die' Temporarily Stops Filming
According to a Korean media outlet, Yeo Jin Goo's agency, Jaynus Ent, confirmed the actor's health status to Maeil Business Star Today.
Due to this, the label mentioned that he is in self-isolation and "managing his condition in accordance with the guidelines of the quarantine authorities."
Yeo Jin Goo's agency also assured fans that the actor "will continue to follow the guidelines of the quarantine authorities" and do his best to ensure the health and safety of other actors.
As expected, his current and upcoming schedules are on hiatus, including his new drama "Link: Eat, Love, Die."

In the same report, a representative from the drama told Maeil Business Star Today that the filming was temporarily suspended due to Yeo Jin Goo's COVID-19 diagnosis.
However, the official also shared that they "plan to proceed with filming with the highest priority" by making sure that staff and actors are safe.
Yeo Jin Goo Reunites with Moon Ga Young in tvN's 'Link: Eat, Love, Die'
In November 2021, tvN confirmed that Yeo Jin Goo would star in "Link: Eat, Love, Die" opposite Moon Ga Young.
After months of discussion, Sports Chosun shared that the actors officially confirmed their appearance to lead the cast of the upcoming K-drama.
"Link: Eat, Love, Die" is a mix of mystery, romance, and fantasy. It follows the story of Eun Hye Hoon, played by the 24-year-old actor who began to feel bizarre emotions.
Little did he know that it was the emotions of Noh Da Hyun, portrayed by Moon Ga Young.
The upcoming series will uncover the pair's twisted fate as they feel connected via sorrow, joy, and pain.
Interestingly, this will be the second time that Yeo Jin Goo and Moon Ga Young worked on the same project.
To recall, they join the cast of the 2010 historical drama "The Reputable Family," where they appear as child actors.
Per Star News, the actor shared his thoughts about working with the actress again after more than a decade.
He mentioned that working with Moon Ga Young is a "big plus," yet their chemistry feels "fresh," adding, "We're relying on each other as we work hard to film."
Now, the duo will once again show their synergy on screen through their mature and powerful acting.
"Link: Eat, Love, Die" is helmed by "Dear My Friends" and "Life" director Hong Jong Chan and penned by "I Remember You" and "Suspicious Partner" screenwriter Kwon Ki Young.
Viewers could expect the release of Yeo Jin Goo and Moon Ga Young's new drama in the first half of 2022.
