Kim Na Hyun and Kim Jae Won, producers and creators of "Single's Inferno," once opened up about the possible storyline and changes in season 2.
According to Korea JoongAng Daily, the duo hints at expanding the time frame of the contestants on the island.
In season 1, the participants spent eight nights and nine days, which "seemed to be too short for them to really get to know each other."
An Ye Won also shared the same thought and mentioned on her YouTube Q&A that "the time was too short for me to express something," adding that she feels "it was over without even starting."
As for the whole concept, the creators mentioned that season 2 will not "drastically" change the entire game but will diversity among the contestants, making the show close to reality.
