Weeks after its conclusion, "Twenty Five, Twenty One" still generates a lot of buzz in the online Hallyu world!
The drama depicts the story of five young adults who struggle to reach for their dreams after they were compromised by an unexpected hurdle. It stars Kim Tae Ri, Nam Joo Hyuk, Choi Hyun Wook, WJSN Bona and Lee Joo Myung.
In the drama, Lee Joo Myung plays Ji Seung Wan, who stole many hearts with her intelligence and straightforwardness.
Even the actress was drawn to the character after she read the script. She said, "I've never seen a script so charming before, so I really wanted to do well as Ji Seung Wan."
Ji Seung Wan is a young, principled girl. Lee Joo Myung admitted that she wanted to be more like her character in real life, and express her feelings bravely more often.
"I'll never forget Ji Seung Wan's charms and determination in living out her dream according to her principles," the actress added.
Lee Joo Myung Reacts To 'Twenty Five, Twenty One' Deaths and Other Rumors
Because of the drama's acclaim and worldwide popularity, a lot of viewers and fans proposed their own theories during the drama's broadcast.
It even predicted the death of some of the characters in "Twenty Five, Twenty One" like Baek Yi Jin (Nam Joo Hyuk) and Go Yu Rim (WJSN Bona), which surprised the actors.

Ji Seung Wan was also caught up in the rumors, one which predicts her romantic relationship with her character's best friend Moon Ji Woong (Choi Hyun Wook).
The actress stated that the drama's foundation focused on realistic factors of the millennials. Lee Joo Myung is undoubtedly amused with the theories, and said, "I would never have predicted things like death rumors."
Previously, actor Nam Joo Hyuk also asked fans why they kept on theorizing his character's death, and expressed his shock with a laugh.
However, "Twenty Five, Twenty One" was written with wit and entertainment, so the various theories were not far fetched.
"I realized that there are a lot of possible interpretations," Lee Joo Myung stated with fascination. "A lot of people were watching through their own perspectives, so I thought it could really happen."
When asked about the drama's ending, Lee Joo Myung stated that she loved how the drama ended with an open ending, saying it was "realistic."
