Earlier this year, Saram Entertainment, Jung Ho Yeon's agency, officially announced that the actress was cast to lead the upcoming film "The Governesses" by American director Joe Talbot.
The film is based on the novel of the same name written by French author Anne Serre, which depicts the story of three rebellious governesses who want to discover the world amid the patriarchy.
Jung Ho Yeon is set to work with "The Dancer" star Lily-Rose Depp and Cannes-awarded actress Renate Reinsve for the first time in the film.

Besides her upcoming film, the actress is set to join the star-studded cast of the new Apple TV+ thriller series!
Starring award-winning stars Cate Blanchett, Kevin Kline, Sacha Baron Cohen and Kodi Smit-McPhee, "Disclaimer" centers around a successful television documentary journalist who becomes a key character in someone else's work.
The drama is based on Renee Knight's novel, and it will be directed by Alfonso Cuarón.
In the drama, Jung Ho Yeon takes on the role of Kim, an ambitious and people-pleaser girl who works for Catherine Ravenscroft, played by Cate Blanchett.
On the other hand, the Apple TV+ series is expected to be released in the first half of 2023.
