Over his Instagram story, the "Our Blues" star posted a stunning cake sent by a brand. The actor took a snap alongside a message, "It's very unfortunate that we can't be together today. Thank you always."

In addition, the 32-year-old star also shared a bouquet sent as a get-well soon gift for the actor as he recovers from the virus.

Kim Woo Bin Suspends Activities After COVID-19 Diagnosis

He is the recent star to halt activities after acquiring the virus.

On May 24, Newsis reported that Kim Woo Bin tested positive for COVID-19. The media outlet noted that APR Agency announced that they have to cancel the actor's photo activity event, scheduled on the day that they confirmed his health status.

The event is to "commemorate the Jaeger-LeCoultre exhibition," in which Kim Woo Bin serves as the brand ambassador.

In addition, the agency shared that the 32-year-old A-lister tested positive both in a self-testing kit and rapid antigen test.

"Ahead of the event on May 23, Kim Woo Bin checked that he tested positive with a self-testing kit. Afterward, he immediately visited a medical institution and carried out a rapid antigen test, and he ultimately tested positive," the representative mentioned.

As for the actor's agency, AM Entertainment, they confirmed that the "Uncontrollably Fond" star is currently in quarantine in accordance with the health and safety protocol.

"Kim Woo Bin is being quarantined at home in accordance with the guidelines of the quarantine authorities," the agency said.

Kim Woo Bin New Drama: From 'Our Blues' to 'Black Knight'

The actor is currently starring in tvN's "Our Blues" opposite Han Ji Min. Kim Woo Bin's girlfriend Shin Min Ah also joined as the lead star but paired up with Lee Byung Hun.

The weekend series is an omnibus-style K-drama which tells the story of various characters who are intertwined with each other.

Joining "Our Blues" cast are Cha Seung Won, Lee Jung Eun, Uhm Jung Hwa, veteran actress Kim Hye Ja and Go Doo Shim and more.

As the romance drama reached its past its second half, "Our Blues" is currently at second-most buzzworthy drama, while Kim Woo Bin ranked ninth on the actor list.

After the tvN series, the 32-year-old star is headlining an upcoming Netflix series.

Kim Woo Bin will star as the legendary knight known as 5-8 in the action sci-fi K-drama "Black Knight."

Based on the webcomic "Taekbaegisa" the forthcoming Netflix series is helmed by the "Master" director Cho Ui Seok.

Joining Kim Woo Bin as the "Black Knight" cast are Esom, Song Seung Heon, and Kang Yoo Seok.

The upcoming K-drama is a reunion project between Esom and her "Taxi Driver" co-star Kim Eui Sung.
