A slew of familiar faces are coming back to "Sweet Home."
After months of waiting, finally, the squad is back with not just one but two sequels.
'Sweet Home' 2 and 3: Meet the Cast
Over its official Instagram, Netflix introduced the cast lineup for "Sweet Home" seasons 2 and 3, hinting at a "new world of monsters and humans."
The streaming giant unveils the returning characters, as well as new faces joining the series.
Song Kang will headline the post-apocalyptic drama, reprising his role as Hyun Soo, a loner high school student who turned into a half-monster.
Joining him is Lee Jin Wook as the mysterious contract killer with terrifying burn scars, while Lee Si Young returns as firefighter Yi Kyung.
For the OG cast members, viewers are expected to see Go Min Si as the feisty Eun Yoo, while Park Gyu Young will reprise her role as bassist Ji Soo.
In addition, Netflix also welcomes new characters joining "Sweet Home" seasons 2 and 3.
"The Veil" actor Yoo Oh Sung took on the role of special forces captain in hopes of controlling the terrifying monster.
Oh Jung Se from "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" will also be joining the cast as a lab scientist, while Kim Mu Yeol and B1A4's Jinyoung will portray special forces members Kim Young Hoo and Park Chan Young.

Following the announcement of Netflix regarding "Sweet Home 2 and 3," netizens expressed their excitement for the upcoming two sequels.
While they are looking forward to seeing the team-up between the new and old cast members, some expressed how they will miss Lee Do Hyun, Kim Nam Hee, Go Yoon Jung, and more characters from the first season.
When Will 'Sweet Home 2' Premiere?
The upcoming season will be helmed by Lee Eung Bok, who also directed the first installment.
Based on a webtoon of the same name by Kim Kan Bi and Hwang Young Chan, it follows the story of a group of neighbors at Green Home Mansion Apartment who are trapped and trying to survive a monster-infested city.
According to a report, "Sweet Home 2" started its production in March after Song Kang's manager posted a teaser for the highly anticipated sequel alongside a caption that reads, "it has started..."
The speculations continue after netizens shared receipts featuring the filming location of the K-zombie series.
Although Netflix introduced the cast lineup for seasons 2 and 3, the streaming giant is yet to confirm the release but based on the first season, it took the team eight months, from June 2019 to February 2020, to film the movie.
With this, viewers may be waiting until 2023 before "Sweet Home" season 2 will be released.
