Yeo Jin Goo and Cho Yi Hyun, who have dominated the small screen with their works in the past year, are now teaming up in the forthcoming romance film "Ditto"! The two headline the 2022 remake of the classic film which was deeply loved by fans in the early 2000s.

Yeo Jin Goo, Cho Yi Hyun Introduce Romance That Transcends Time in 'Ditto'

The much anticipated remake of the 2000 romance film "Ditto" is coming to the silver screen soon!

Yeo Jin Goo and Cho Yi Hyun work together for the first time, raising the excitement index to a new high.

On October 5, the production unit of the film announced its official release date and also revealed its teaser poster.

"Ditto" follows the story of two college students' romantic tryst. The twist is that they both come from different time periods, only able to converse through the help of walkie-talkies.

In the upcoming film, Yeo Jin Goo transforms into Yong, a senior who lives in 1999 while Cho Yi Hyun takes on the role of Moo Nee, a sophomore from 2022.

Award-winning stars Kim Hye Yoon, Na In Woo and Bae In Hyuk will also appear in the drama as millennials and Gen Z kids.

In the film poster released, Yong and Moo Nee are separated in their own worlds. However, they are bound by love and their connection through walkie-talkies.

The words "We are connected in different times" on the poster guarantee that the film will prove how love transcends time and generation. "Ditto" is scheduled to be released theatrically on November 16 nationwide.

Earlier in 2022, Yeo Jin Goo starred in the fantasy romance drama "Link: Eat, Love, Kill" where he played the role of a sous chef, opposite Moon Ga Young.

Meanwhile, Cho Yi Hyun appeared in many coming of age works including "School 2021" and "All of Us Are Dead."
