Rain's Agency To Take Stern Legal Action Against False Rumors

Fortunately, an hour after the issue spread, Rain's agency released a statement regarding the news. The agency firmly denied the issue thrown at the Korean pop icon and announced they will to take serious legal action against anyone who will spread false rumors about the actor.

Based on the released statement of RAINCOMPANY, the agency was fully aware of the rumors and allegations circulating online about their artist. They decided that an official statement was not that necessary as it was groundless false information and not worthy of time to respond.

However, as the issue got bigger and spread rapidly online, there were also personal attacks and harassment addressed directly to the artist's family.

Due to this, the agency began to stand for their artist as the issue already affects Rain's privacy and image as a public figure.

RAINCOMPANY added to their statement:

"Our artists' human rights and dignity should be protected as they are human beings first and foremost before they are public figures."

They continued by explaining that the agency already coordinated with the media outlet that published the news and asked about the initials if the mentioned stars is their artist.
