Actress Kang Han Na is to play her very first role in TV drama.
Kang Han Na was recently cased for the new MBC Wednesday Thursday miniseries, "Miss Korea." Kang Han Na is to play a beautiful woman Im Sun Joo, who in the drama challenges to become Miss Korea.
Kang Han Na said in the interview, "I finally get to debut in a drama with 'Miss Korea.' I am honored and thankful to star in a drama with much respected actors, director, and scriptwriter. I will do my best to show my most professional side as the newest actor of the drama."
"Miss Korea" is a new drama of PD Kwon Suk Jang and scriptwriter Suh Sook Hyang, who had filmed the drama "Pasta" earlier in 2010. "Miss Korea" is a story of employees of a cosmetics company on the verge of bankruptcy in 1997, and their journey to make the prom queen of their high school a "Miss Korea." Script writer Suh Sook Hyang, who has written dramas "Pasta" and "Romance Town," and PD Kwon Suk Jang, who has produced dramas "Pasta" and "Golden Time" collaborated. "Miss Korea" is to premiere in the middle of December, 2013.
