"D.P 2" starring Jung Hae In and Goo Kyo Hwan will have an addition cast member through Choi Hyun Wook.
According to a media outlet, the rising star will be joining the second season of the Netflix series.
The upcoming sequel follows the story of Private soldier Ahn Jun Ho, played by Jung Hae In who becomes a member of the military defector arrest team along with Corporal Han Ho Yul, portrayed by Goo Kyo Hwan.
Choi Hyun Wook Adds to the list of 'D.P 2' Cast
Before joining as one of the casts of "D.P 2," Choi Hyun Wook headlined the recently concluded K-drama "Weak Hero Class 1."
Joining him are Park Ji Hoon, Hong Kyung, Kim Su Gyeom, and "Juvenile Justice" actress Lee Yeon.
Choi Hyun Wook gained popularity playing the role of Ahn Su Ho, a talented fighter who effortlessly end the game by finishing his opponent with a single blow.

After wrapping up the series the rising star recalled his experience when he was just starting in the industry.
In a report, he said that after quitting sports, he was lost and clueless about what he will do next.
"I quit baseball and thought about what I should do, and naturally started thinking of acting because I liked movies," he said adding that "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" helped him love movies and acting.
Choi Hyun Wook also headlined K-dramas like "Twenty-Five Twenty-One," and "Racket Boys."
Interestingly, he is set to return in "Weak Hero Class 2" and star in the new drama "Hi Cookie."
