Actress Lee Mi Yeon rose as the angel of the "Noonas Over Flowers." On cable channel tvN's "Noonas Over Flowers," which aired on December 6, 2013, Yoon Yeo Jung, Kim Ja Oh, Kim Hee Ae, Lee Mi Yeon, and Lee Seung Ki travelled Istanbul, Turkey, after finally arriving at their hotel. On this day's episode, Lee Mi Yeon, worried for Lee Seung Ki who went to the streets by himself, joined him. Lee Mi Yeon encouraged Lee Seung Ki and advised him on the currency, caring for him as if she were his own older sister (noona).

In addition, Lee Mi Yeon held the hand of Yoon Yeo Jung, the oldest noona, while walking with her, talking with her about shopping. Lee Mi Yeon talked about shopping in Hong Hae and how Yoon Yeo Jung looked great in skinny jeans. When the team arried at the Hagia Sophia museum, she ran to get the museum tickets for everybody, attracting the attention of the audiences.

Previously on the first issue of "Noonas Over Flowers," which aired on November 29, 2013, Lee Seung Ki struggled with finding a transportation to go to the hotel when they arrived at an airport in Istanbul, Turkey, which was a stopping point before their final destination, Croatia.
