"Taxi Driver 2" episode 3, which stars Lee Je Hoon, featured new adventures of the beloved anti-hero named Kim Do Gi, along with his Rainbow Taxi team as they encounter a group of con artists who does fraud for a living.

Interestingly, the episode showcased the team faces more dangerous challenges as they go undercover and punish a new bunch of criminals.

As for "Taxi Driver 2" viewership, the rating soared to a new all-time high for the third episode.

It seemed like the viewers miss Kim Do Gi and the Rainbow Taxi team as fans were all hooked on every episode.

According to Neilsen Korea, "Taxi Driver 2" episode 3 garnered an average nationwide rating of 13.2 percent.

With this, the crime action series became the most-watched Friday-Saturday K-drama of the night.

Another week means another challenge for the whole team.

However, "Taxi Driver 2" episode 3 starts with Kim Do Gi suffering from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) caused by the brutal death of her mother.

After unexpectedly meeting his former platoon mate, the former military lieutenant heard a whistle that triggered his anxiety and recalled the painful death of his mother.

He tried to resist it but unfortunately, he couldn't handle the effect on it emotionally.

On the other hand, the group received a call from an elderly woman who is on the verge of quitting her life.

Thankfully, she managed to give the team a call and revealed what prompted her to commit suicide.

The old woman shared that a group of volunteers went to their neighborhood and got close to the team leader. He treated her as of she is his mother and would often be called his "omma" or mother in Korean. He would even buy her merchandise and gave her money.

However, it was all in his plan after he encourage her to sign a credit card application. It was then revealed that they use her card in fraud and the elderly should have to pay for all the purchases. She managed to call him but threatened her that her son would get caught up in her mess if she didn't cooperate.

Kim Do Gi and his team started gearing up with their undercover to put end to the illegal activity.

With this, Kim Do Gi and the rest of the group went to the suburbs and pretended to be one of the locals.

Will the Rainbow Taxi team manage to pull off their disguise flawlessly?
