Ahn Jae Hyun officially returned to the small screen with "The Real Has Come. His newest series recorded an impressive rating on its pilot episode.

Ahn Jae Hyun's Comeback Drama 'The Real Has Come' Makes Successful Debut

KBS's newly debuted weekend drama "The Real Has Come" starring Ahn Jae Hyun, Baek Jin Hee, Cha Joo Young, and Jung Eui Jae, got off to a strong start. The series met the audience on March 25, and it immediately gained an average rating of 17.7 percent nationwide.

The rom-com series follows the story of Oh Yeon Doo, a single mother who gets involved in a contractual fake relationship with Gong Tae Kyung, who doesn't believe in marriage.

SBS "Taxi Driver 2" also made a new record surpassing their first season's highest rating. According to a report on March 26, the revenge series' episode 9 scored an average viewership rating of 17.7 percent nationwide, beating its 16 percent rating in season 1.

In addition, "The Real Has Come" and "Taxi Driver 2" tied for the most-watched drama of Saturday.

JTBC's "Divorce Attorney Shin," which already kicked off its second half was able to get a viewership rating of 5.7 percent nationwide, during the broadcast of episode 7.

Lee Ji Ah's revenge series "Pandora: Beneath the Paradise" which previously debuted, sadly received a low rating of 3.3 percent.

'The Real Has Come' Episode 1: Oh Yeon Doo Finds Out She's Pregnant + Gong Tae Kyung Forced to Get Married

In "The Real Has Come" episode 1, Oh Yeon Doo, who was furious with her boyfriend Kim Joon Ha's affair, mistakes Gong Tae Kyung's car for her boyfriend's car. While solving her relationship, she finds out that she is pregnant with Kim Joon Ha's child, and with a sudden shift of events, Yeon Doo gets involved with Gong Tae Kyung, an obstetrician, and gynecologist.

Meanwhile, Gong Tae Kyung, who confessed to his family that he doesn't want to get married, is forced to marry her secretary Jang Se Jin (Cha Joo Young) by her grandmother.

With its short yet eventful episode 1, attention is already focused on how to unravel the unconventional story of the drama's characters.
