As the news broke out, the actor's agency KEYEAST released an official statement, announcing the good news to fans.
Kim Dong Wook was a theater student at the Korea National University of Arts. He made his acting debut in 2004 through the movie "Flying Boys."
In 2007, he appeared in the megahit K-drama "Coffee Prince" where he received his breakthrough.
After a decade, he has already headlined multiple films and K-dramas, and he even won the MBC Acting Grand Prize for the drama "Special Labor Inspector Mr. Jo."
