Interestingly, viewers will see a different side of him as he takes on a new character in "Vigilante."

Yoo Ji Tae revealed that he purposely gained weight for the role and changed his physique to be fit like Cho Yeon.

"I gained 20kg to build the character's appearance and tried a new experience by increasing muscles," he revealed, as obtained by a media outlet.

Director Choi Jung Yeol supported Yoo Ji Tae's confession and said that he did look like the character after seeing him ahead of the filming.

"When he appeared at the meeting, I thought Joheon just came in, not Yoo Ji-tae. It was perfect, from his gestures to his hair and costumes."

As for the other cast members, like Lee Joon Hyuk, he sought inspiration from other characters that were similar to his roles to embody Jo Kang Ok.

"I looked for references in documentaries and entertainment shows to create my character."
