On February 13, media outlets broke the Internet after announcing that BLACKPINK Lisa is finally making her debut as an actress.

Lisa's agency, LLOUD, confirmed that she's cast to star in the third season of the comedy drama series "The White Lotus" starring Jennifer Coolidge, Sydney Sweeney and more.

The series follows the stories of different people from different walks of life who meet and socialize at the ultra-luxurious hotel White Lotus.

Through this project, Lisa becomes the third BLACKPINK member to make an acting debut. In 2021, Jisoo debuted with the JTBC drama "Snowdrop," followed by Jennie's HBO show "The Idol" in 2023.

Excitement is through the roof for the third chapter of the HBO hit "The White Lotus."

The seasonal series received critical acclaim from viewers around the world, making it one of the most anticipated works of the year.

However, according to the production team, Season 3 is set to be released in 2025 due to some delays and finalization of the casting lineup. Filming begins in February 2024 in Thailand.
