On April 8, the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards finally unveiled the nominees for this year's awards show, heightening the anticipation among the viewers.

Many fans expressed their distaste about the nomination announcements, especially when Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won's leading man in "Queen of Tears," earned a recognition as Best Actor.

One fan commented, "Kim Ji Won is so robbed. [She gave] the performance of the lifetime only to be snubbed by Baeksang."

Another said that it's a shame that Kim Ji Won was completely forgotten, saying that the actress even "carried" the whole show on her back alone with her top-notch acting skills.

'Queen of Tears' Smashes New Milestone Within Fifth Week

The show, which is the hottest topic in Hallyu today, tells how a chaebol heiress and a pauper son of a farmer rekindle their romance after three years of marriage.

It's not a typical rom-com series as it mesmerizes the viewers from beginning until the end with its gripping premise and beautifully written characters that take viewers on a rollercoaster ride.
