'Vagabond' Season 2 Reportedly Underway + Philippines Included in Filming Locations
On April 10, it was reported that Lee Seung Gi and Suzy's drama "Vagabond" Season 2 is in production in the Philippines. The news was revealed by former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson, who is also said to serve as one of the drama's producers.
During the interview, the businessman-politician shared that the "Vagabond 2" production is underway and will take the Philippines as one of its backdrops. According to Singson:
"The famous Korean drama 'Vagabond' will be continued here. They have finished some parts already, and then the continuation will be filmed in the Philippines."

According to Singson, the "Vagabond" Season team is polishing the script first.
"Unlike other productions, when doing a story, they tend to predict where it will go next; the drama team doesn't want that, so they want to complete the story first before proceeding with filming."
Singson teased that some Filipino actors will also participate in the drama with special roles, adding him as part of the production.
Meanwhile, SBS who originally produced "Vagabond," has not responded yet to the reported sequel. It was not clear also whether Lee Seung Gi and Suzy would reprise their roles, or a new set of stars would participate in the sophomore season.
"Vagabond," released in 2019, features the story of Cha Dal Gun (Lee Seung Gi), a stuntman, and Go Hae Ri (Bae Suzy), a determined covert operative for the National Intelligence Service.
The two team up after they discover that the plane crash, in which Dal Gun's nephew died, wasn't just caused by a machine malfunction. They found out that underneath the incident lies a corruption that demands a dangerous investigation.
Since its finale release, fans have been eagerly waiting for "Vagabond" Season 2.
The action series also bagged various awards. including its lead stars Bae Suzy and Lee Seung Gi, proving the popularity of the drama.

Lee Seung Gi and Suzy are booked for new projects.
Lee Seung Gi headlined "The Law Cafe" in 2022, and concluded his concert tour.
On April 7, the actor and his wife Lee Da In shared beautiful photos of their wedding, commemorating their first wedding anniversary.
The singer-actor has no confirmed drama or movie yet.
Bae Suzy, on the other hand, is busy filming her comeback drama with Kim Woo Bin in "All Your Wishes Come True."
