Han So Hee Claps Back at 'Edited and Twisted' Statement During Appearance on PD Na Young Suk's Channel

On Han So Hee's Instagram, the actress replied to a comment posted by a follower.

According to the actress, the system pertaining to transferring schools and things as such "does not suit her."

Due to this, she gave up on looking into local schools and prepared a portfolio instead, where she showcased her skills.

The actress initially wanted to go to her dream school, which is Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Parsons but was discouraged because of the amount it needed to fund her studies.

Han So Hee then calls out that the words she said were "edited and twisted," referring to her appearance on PD Na Young Suk's YouTube channel.

"Since they are not local colleges, there is no way that I would've been able to get a loan. What was edited and twisted in the variety show was the part where I said I needed ₩20.0 million KRW ($14,500) to ₩30.0 million KRW (about $21,800 USD) in my account and that I would not have enough to leave immediately and pay for my living expenses."

To recall, the whole fiasco started when Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon appeared as guests on the PD's YouTube show for the promotion of their K-drama "Gyeongseong Creature."

At the time, she recalled her past and how she managed to join the entertainment industry by doing part-time jobs as a commercial and print model.

However, what pushed her to do various types of jobs back then was to study abroad after she had been accepted into a prestigious arts school in France.

Han So Hee revealed that she needed to have around 44,645 USD to secure a visa, but unfortunately, due to her financial struggles at the time, she wasn't able to enroll in the university.

"The policy was because there were a lot of illegal immigrants."

Due to these claims, the actress raised suspicions over education fraud, and as for her statement regarding the issue, netizens have mixed reactions regarding it.
