In response to suspected fraudulent activities surrounding ticket reservations for actress Kim Ji-won's upcoming fan meeting 'BE MY ONE', her agency Hijium Studio has taken a firm stance.
The agency has announced stringent measures to combat illegal ticket transactions, emphasizing the importance of adhering to official channels.
Speaking on behalf of Hijium Studio, a representative addressed the recent developments, stating, "During the process of monitoring the fan meeting reservations, we identified circumstances suspected of fraudulent reservations."
The representative outlined the measures to be taken against illegal transactions, stating, "Cases that are considered illegal reservations or transactions, such as access through irregular channels, will be subject to requests for explanatory information and cancellation of reservations."
Acknowledging the crucial role of fans in combating this issue, the agency urged, "We ask for the cooperation of fans to avoid purchasing tickets through other channels, such as individual transactions or premium ticket transaction sites, other than the official ticket sales agency."

Highlighting the potential risks associated with unauthorized ticket purchases, the representative cautioned, "The performance organizer/host/booking agency is not responsible for any problems that arise from not following the instructions regarding reservations, so please be especially careful to avoid any damage."
Assuring fans of their commitment to ensuring a fair and secure ticketing process, the agency emphasized, "Our company is continuously monitoring illegal reservations and transactions through close cooperation with the official ticket agency."
Encouraging fans to play an active role in identifying fraudulent behavior, the representative urged, "If you find anything, please report it via official email."
Kim Ji-won's first solo fan meeting 'BE MY ONE' is scheduled to take place on June 22nd at Shinhan Card SOL Pay Square Live Hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
The event comes as a response to overwhelming demand, with over 400,000 concurrent users attempting to secure tickets during the sales period.
