Na In Woo officially bids goodbye to the long-running show "2 Days, 1 Night."
Known for his versatility, the heartthrob captivated fans with his charm and wit in hosting his first variety show.
But two years after joining the KBS2 program, the 29-year-old actor announced that he would be leaving the show in preparation for his enlistment.
Joining a number of celebrities who will have their military service enlistment in 2024, Na In Woo is wrapping up his current and upcoming projects ahead of his scheduled activity.
Na In Woo Leaves '2 Days, 1 Night'
As mentioned by a news outlet, Na In Woo will be stepping down from his role in "2 Days, 1 Night" season 4.
In addition to this, the news was also confirmed by a representative of KBS2.
As for his replacement, the broadcast and show officials, Na In Woo's replacement is "still undecided."
To recall, the 29-year-old actor joined the KBS2 variety show in 2022, replacing Kim Seon Ho, who at that time left the TV show due to a controversy.
Despite being the youngest in the group, Na In Woo showcased unique chemistry with fellow members Kim Jong Min, Yeon Jung Hoon, Moon Se Yoon, DinDin, and Yoo Seon Ho.
During his first day on the show, the newbie member got lost while finding his way at the "training center" Jeongseon in Gangwon Province for the winter weather training camp.
In one scene, Na In Woo introduced himself to the audience, hinting at what to expect in season 4.
"To the fans around the world and to everyone watching in Korea, I will be on '2 Days & 1 Night' starting today. I'm lacking in many ways, but I believe the other members will help me a lot, and will work hard to be a good younger member to them. I will capture their hearts."
Meanwhile, a representative from Na In Woo's agency revealed that he is "scheduled for a drama in the second half of this year, so it's right to get off at "2 Days, 1 Night" season 4."

Other than the variety show "2 Days, 1 Night," Na In Woo has starred in various K-dramas.
Among his recent projects was the revenge drama "Marry My Husband," wherein he starred alongside Park Min Young. He played the role of young CEO Yoo Ji Hyuk, the only person who knows Kang Ji Won's (Park Min Young) secret.
