At the office, she was introduced to other rookie employees and was assigned to prepare the room for the new chief prosecutor. She was stunned to see that it was Gye Ji Ung, but she had to act like she didn't know who he was since she was Im Sun.

Despite working as a rank-and-file employee, she proved her dedication to her work. It was after she saved a celebrity from an obsessed fan who tried to attack him with acid.

Interestingly, the prosecutor also came to rescue Im Sun.

In the last scene, Gye Ji Ung visited Lee Mi Jin at her home to hand over her personal documents. He also asked for his files since she grabbed his envelope by mistake.

However, Mi Jin told him that she donated the majority of her books, and among them were his personal files. Lee Mi Jin tried to make it up for him and promised to find it.

On the other hand, Gye Ji Ung was in the middle of a crime scene after a woman's lifeless body was found.

Unfortunately, the search went through, but he failed to stop him.

In the last scene, Lee Mi Jin saw that the prosecutor's confidential files included research regarding the serial murder case in the neighborhood.

However, as for Mi Jin, she was standing in the middle of an intersection, where the serial killer planned on hitting her to escape.
