Reports suggest that actor Kim Seon-ho may work with star Bae Suzy on a new K-drama, but this news has received mixed reactions online.

Kim Seon-ho and Bae Suzy both played lead roles in the popular 2020 show Start-Up and reportedly enjoyed working together on the project.

According to MK Sports, actor Kim Seon-ho is considering an offer to play a role in Han Jae-rim's upcoming mystery thriller series Delusion. Salt Entertainment, Kim's agency, confirmed on August 14 that he is interested in the role.

While many fans are excited about the possibility of the duo reuniting on screen, some online users have expressed concerns.

These concerns have resurfaced discussions from 2020 regarding the controversy surrounding Kim during the production of Start-Up. At the time, there were allegations against Kim that included threats to his life and complaints about his past behavior.

The backlash included accusations that some of Kim's fans had mistreated Suzy during the airing of Start-Up. These events have led to renewed conversations about the issues Suzy faced during that period.

Delusion

The mystery-thriller TV show Delusion is based on the comic of the same name. The plot revolves around a painter who is commissioned to create a portrait of a beautiful woman.

As the narrative unfolds, the woman becomes embroiled in a series of mysterious events.

Han Jae-rim, the director, is known for his successful works such as The Face Reader, The King, Emergency Declaration, and The Eight Show. His new project has garnered significant attention.

Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee were initially set to play the lead roles in Delusion, but they withdrew due to personal reasons, leading to delays in production.

Initially, there was speculation that Suzy would be cast as the female lead, but she declined due to scheduling conflicts. However, recent reports suggest she may have reconsidered the offer.

If they accept roles in the show, Kim Seon-ho and Suzy will work together again after four years. In 2020, they starred together in the drama Start-Up.

In recent months, Kim Seon-ho's performance in the Disney+ original series Tyrant has been well-received. He is currently working on the Netflix show Can This Love Be Translated?
