GOT7 Jinyoung Cast in New Mystery Romance The Witch

Jinyoung joins actress Roh Jeong Rui in the newly announced channel A series scheduled to premiere Saturdays and Sundays early next year, according to news reported by Soompi. The Witch is a mystery romance about a woman referred to as a witch because all the men who loved her came to a terrible end. She is chased out of her village because of the mysterious deaths, but one man tries to help her solve the reason for the men's deaths.

Jinyoung is the "data miner Dong Jin, who is greatly renowned in the industry. In order to prove that Mi Jung, the woman he loves, is not a witch, he transfers to the department of statistics. He tries to find a pattern for the misfortune surrounding her."

Roh Jeong Rui portrays the witch named Mi Jung. She starts to live a secluded life following her banishment from the village.

GOT7 Jinyoung returns to Kdramas after a cameo appearance in the 2022 revenge series titled Reborn Rich. His last leading role was character Bobby in the 2022 romantic drama Yumi Cells 2.
