Shin Min Ah and Kim Young Dae's characters finally tie the knot with a fairytale wedding in 'No Gain, No Love.' The pair is oozing with chemistry during their romantic event. Shortly after, they agree to part ways due to it being a contract marriage. Little did they know, it would be impossible to stop thinking about one another during a separation.

Byeon Woo Seok's cameo appearance arrives just in time to illustrate the main couple's budding romance. He plays a part-time convenience store worker, which is Kim Young Dae's job in the series. When Shin Min Ah visits the store and sees that her contract husband isn't working there, she misses him like crazy.
The second lead couple is introduced in these episodes. Lee Sang Yi and Han Ji Hyun have a puzzling history together as classmates. In adulthood, Lee Sang Yi is a rich guy who harbors dislike for the famous novel writer. Their initial meeting as adults is chaotic and the audience is anxious to know more as the story progresses.
