"YoonA has been offered a role in 'The Tyrant's Chef,' and she's currently in discussions," her agency confirmed according to a report from 'Allkpop.'

The report added, "'The Tyrant's Chef' follows the story of a top chef who travels back in time, where she meets a king who's the worst tyrant but also the biggest foodie. If cast, YoonA will take on the role of the chef, who's at the top peak of her career."

"I started to prioritize the process rather than the result. I came to think more about how I can develop as an actor after the series. This may be the reason why I am trying to take part in projects of different genres and characters," YoonA said in an interview with 'The Korean Herald' about her acting career in 2022.

Her last Kdrama was the JTBC romantic comedy 'King The Land' last year. She played alongside 2PM's Lee Junho. Girls' Generation released their seventh Korean studio album titled 'Forever 1' in 2022, and it went platinum.
