Choi Dong Seok Accuses Ex-Wife Park Ji Yoon of Adultery: 'I Can't Stand it Anymore'

Former announcer Choi Dong Seok and his ex-wife Park Ji Yoon are currently in the ongoing mediation process for their divorce, and the situation is heating up.

The former has filed a lawsuit against the latter, accusing her of adultery and its consequences. Amid multiple scandals surrounding the two, South Korea's broadcasting industry faces a major turmoil.

Reportedly, Choi has claimed that his former spouse was cheating on him during their marriage. He stated that the infidelity had caused the dissolution of their marriage, which was officially over in October 2021. The couple decided to separate after 14 years of marriage, which resulted in two children.

The two are heading to mediation over their offspring's custody, but the process is not smooth. Choi added that although he had known about the problem for some time, he did not want to file a lawsuit to protect their children. He explained he had no choice but to act as he could't stand it anymore.

Choi recently provided information to support his claims. As for Park, she filed a complaint in June, seeking 50 million won in damages from Choi's alleged affair with a woman identified as B.

As for the allegations by Park, Choi firmly rejected the accusations and stated that he had also not had the opportunity to speak with B since February. In any case, Choi has now filed charges against Park, while Park's side has not released a statement.
