'Doubt': The New Psychological Thriller Series Releases Puzzling Stills of Chae Won Bin

Chae Soo Bin is one of the first stars from the MBC series featured in a set of stills. The network released the puzzling new photos of the star today. In 'Doubt,' Chae Soo Bin portrays a criminal profiler's daughter hiding a secret involving a murder case.

In the new stills, Chae Won Bin is fully immersed in her character, illustrating a cold and distant personality with a hint of a sinister vibe. Her character is a great liar, and she isn't afraid to play "endless mind games" with her father.

The MBC production team was very pleased with her performance and praised her.

"Not only her voice, but her gaze and aura are very charming. We think she'll draw viewers in with her refreshing and unique appeal," a MBC representative said, according to a 'Soompi' report.

They added, "In the story, she will definitely make a big impact as a character hiding a secret that will turn her father's life upside down. We ask that you please root for Chae Won Bin, who will rise [to stardom] through her role in 'Doubt.'"

"'Doubt' is about the dilemma faced by Korea's top criminal profiler, who unexpectedly discovers that his daughter is hiding a secret related to a murder case that he is investigating." The series also stars Han Seok Kyu, Han Ye Ri, and Oh Yeon Su. 

The psychological thriller premieres on October 11 at 9:40 PM KST on MBC.

This summer, Chae Won Bin talked about her audition process. She opened up about being picked for the second season of Netflix's 'Sweet Home.'

"I wrote 'a mysterious girl' on my agency profile, so when I go to auditions, I am often asked, 'What kind of mystery do you have? It's burdensome, but I think it's a special keyword that I can have. I'm grateful to the CEO for discovering that side of me," Chae Won Bin said in an interview with 'Outer Korea' in July, according to a 'KBIZoom' report.
