The production company behind 'The Fiery Priest 2' shared new teaser posters of the main stars today. Kim Nam Gil, Honey Lee, and Kim Sung Kyun are the main stars in the SBS promotional images. The trio is reprising their roles from season one.

In the posters, they're all in character as a priest, a straight-laced prosecutor, and the priest's number one fan. The stills illustrate the stories behind each person.

"We need to let the demons know that God exists," Kim Nam Gil's poster states, according to report from 'Soompi.'

Honey Lee says, "I'll shake them down to their very souls." While Kim Sung Kyun concludes, "It's my decision to protect wherever I want!"

'The Fiery Priest' follows the story of an angry Catholic priest and a timid detective working on a murder case. It aired on SBS in 2019 and achieved high viewership ratings.

Kim Nam Gil admits he shares similarities with his strong on-screen character. An exclusive 2019 interview with 'Kocowa.'

"Yes, Because it's true that I don't like to talk behind people's backs. And I don't want to act weak in front of the strong. If anything, I should act stronger. And to the weak, I should be weak," he said when asked if it was similar to his Kdrama character.

Honey Lee couldn't choose a crush in the series.

Let's see. I refuse to answer. It's neither. Kim Hae-Il (Kim Nam Gil) is too short-tempered. And Dae-Young (Kim Sung Kyun) is too stupid. So... I'll be unhappy with either one. I wish they shared some characteristics. It's not easy," she said in the same interview.
