Moon Gabi and actor Jung Woo Sung have been at odds over their future together by virtue of the announcement of Moon's pregnancy. The two reportedly went over childcare and the prospect of marriage recently, but their opinions on the subject are divided.
As per Tenasia 's exclusive report, Moon Gabi wants to marry and bear a child, but Jung Woo Sung completely denied the notion of marriage. He is instead supporting the child from afar, pledging to pay for child-related expenses rather than active parenting.
Following a Dispatch report, Jung Woo Sung's agency, Artist Company, has confirmed that the acclaimed actor is the father of Moon Gabi's child.
Artist Company said in a statement sent to media outlet Edaily, "We acknowledge that the child introduced by Moon Gabi on her social networking account is Jung Woo Sung's biological child." The agency added that they were 'dedicated to discussing effective co-parenting strategies.
The statement said: "We are currently discussing the best ways to raise the child, and he will do his best for the child as a father."
The agency also told Xportnews: "We won't go into further details about the relationship between Jung Woo Sung and Moon Gabi. We have nothing else to confirm. It is a matter of the actor's private life."
According to a report by Tenasia, this conflict happened after Moon Gabi posted about her pregnancy on Instagram. Though the two have met on several occasions, sources clarify that the pair never dated. They only casually communicated via Instagram DM.
Following the news of the pregnancy, Jung Woo Sung took a paternity test that proved he was the biological father.
