Drawn from a notorious novel by Kim Ryeo-ryeong, the mystery-melodrama tells the story of a temporary marriage service and the enigmatic relationship between its two protagonists.

In a production presentation at the Majestic Ballroom in Gangnam, Seoul, the cast showed their excitement for the appearance.

Things have turned now for Seo Hyun Jin, who plays the employee of the marriage matchmaking company Noh In-ji, and the bed scenes that have attracted attention.

"If something wasn't necessary for the character, I didn't think it would be required," she said as quoted by Kbizoom, downplaying concerns over their inclusion.

Gong Yoo, who plays Han Jung-won, joked, "More than the bed or love scenes, there's a shower scene of me alone," which brought laughter from the audience.

He also revealed that he prepared for the role by living on greens-only for two weeks to get in shape.

Director Kim Gyu-tae, after facing backlash over the sex scenes, defended their necessity for the plot, claiming they provide insight into the characters and the love story.

He said: "It was necessary to explain the characters and situations within the context of the love story.
